Day
1 - 5-12-15 Tuesday After a year of planning, researching, attending
seminars, asking questions of other RV'ers and some prayer we
departed at 6:48AM today for a trip to Alaska. This is one of our
major “Bucket List” items. Our first stop was Freightliner
Service Center in Gaffney, S.C. to get the annual service on our
motor home. We arrived about 12:45PM and checked in at the service
desk for our 8AM appointment on Wednesday. After setting up the motor
home in our un-level site we left to get some late lunch and go to
Camping World to return some items we had ordered via the Internet.
After washing the bugs off the front of the MH we relaxed/read the
remainder of the day.
